CBH Care, a community based mental and behavioral health provider serving Norther New Jersey, participated in the 17th Annual National Suicide Prevention Walk on Sunday October 17, 2021.

The Gabriel M. Ambrosio Mental Health Humanitarian Award was presented to Marie Fuchida, who was a past president of The National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI) of Greater Bergen County.

In December, over 40 CBH Care supporters joined together via Zoom to participate in a mozzarella making demonstration and virtual class to help raise funds for the organization.

February is often associated with romantic love, but the Meadowlands Chamber and its member organizations including CBH Care have made raising money to support good causes and charities in New Jersey the target of Cupid’s arrow.

This past Thursday and Friday, CBH Care leadership provided extensive Mental Health First Aid (MFHA) training to Borough of Carlstadt employees.

Last month, CBH Care staff was proud to provide Stress and Anxiety training to Bergen County Region V at their Oradell headquarters. Over 30 Region 5 employees participated.

HACKENSACK, NJ — Saturday night, CBH Care leadership joined an Oradell Girl Scout Troop in donating 15 bags of children and adults' clothing to the 30th Annual Community Service Dinner at Hackensack’s Christ Episcopal Church.

HACKENSACK, NJ — On Friday November 1, CBH Care provided mental health first aid (MHFA) training to over 100 10th grade students at Fort Lee High School, as part of Bergen County’s pilot program for teen Mental Health First Aid training.

Last Tuesday, September 25, CBH Care staff provided the Borough of Carlstadt with important Mental Health First Aid trainings, to help borough employees recognize when someone is having a mental health crisis, and appropriate responses.
