CBH Care's Adult Residential Services – Bergen County Program offers innovative mental health rehabilitation and long-term and transitional housing options for individuals who are diagnosed with a mental illness who are unable to live independently. CBH Care is able to provide those individuals with a safe, caring, supportive, and supervised community-based place to live in Bergen County.

Partnership and CHAMP are residential treatment programs designed to meet the intensive service needs of individuals discharged into the community from New Jersey’s state psychiatric hospitals.
