CBH Care Wellness & Support Center provides Bergen County residents with urgent care and early intervention mental health support services. It offers access to short term and recovery-oriented crisis intervention and also provides stabilization services for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.
Intensive Family Support Services (IFSS) is a government funded county-wide support service for Bergen County families who have an adult relative with a mental illness.
Provides a structured setting for older Bergen County adults who are experiencing psychiatric disability (including depression) and difficulties related to aging with a non-residential, customized program to meet their unique needs.
Counseling Services is a therapeutic program that assists individuals in identifying the source of their life challenges and developing an effective solution-based approach to resolving their emotional and behavioral difficulties. Telehealth services are available to quickly and conveniently connect those in need with providers who can help.
Adult Partial Care is a community-based day treatment program for adults with serious psychiatric disability. The program provides intensive intervention in a structured setting for individuals 18 years and over who have a psychiatric disability, a history of psychiatric hospitalization, or who are at risk of being hospitalized.
The Geriatric Outreach Program provides free, in-home support to older Bergen County residents who are experiencing difficulties related to aging.
Postpartum depression can begin during pregnancy or it can appear days or months after childbirth. It is a treatable illness which can affect any woman who has recently had a baby, has ended a pregnancy or miscarried, or has stopped breast feeding.
Supportive community-based housing for adults who have a diagnosis of mental illness available to residents of Bergen and Morris Counties.
The Project for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) Program is an outreach-based case management program servicing the mentally ill homeless in Bergen County.
