Full-Time Quality Improvement Specialist

For full-time employees after successfully completing 6 months of employment

Responsibilities

  • Oversees all aspects of quality assurance throughout the organization and prepares reports for the management team

  • Collects and analyzes data and information from all programs to ensure quality consumer care

  • Remains current on state, industry, and CARF standards to ensure compliance and promote best practice guidelines

  • Utilizes CareLogic Electronic Health Record and works as a collaborative member of the CareLogic team

Qualifications

  • BA in psychology or a related field, MA preferred

  • Two years of previous experience in direct service

  • Previous experience in quality review and improvement desired

  • Must be able to work with QI tools and be proficient in Excel

Monday through Thursday, 9am-5pm, Friday, 9am-4pm
