Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between medical community, prescribers, consumers and staff.

• Dispenses medication, both oral and injectable, to consumers as prescribed by staff psychiatrist.

• Facilitates educational and therapeutic groups in partial care program.

• Must be able to communicate/assist prescribers as needed.

• Communicate with consumers, staff, prescribers and pharmacies.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of New Jersey

• Experience with the psychiatric population preferred.
