Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages all of the operations of the adult partial care program

• Provides supervision to program staff and ensures the timely completion their performance evaluations

• Develops and reviews consumer treatment plans, demonstrating sound clinical skills through different treatment modalities

• Must maintain knowledge of the program’s policies and procedures as well as ensuring accurate clinical and administrative documentation

• Provides IMR services and crisis intervention to consumers as needed

Qualifications

• MSW in social work, MA in psychology, or a related field

• Three years of previous clinical experience in a psychiatric setting

• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of New Jersey

• Valid New Jersey driver's license
