CBH Care's Executive Director Encourages New Mothers to Address Postpartum Depression in Wake of Little Ferry Tragedy

In the wake of the horrific tragedy in Little Ferry last week, Sue Devlin, Executive Director of CBH Care, has issued the following statement:

“The recent incident in Little Ferry is a tragedy, and a reminder that we need to break the stigma surrounding postpartum depression. Postpartum depression is a treatable illness that affects thousands of women every year and our trained clinical staff works hands-on with new mothers to create individualized treatment plans as needed. I hope any woman experiencing postpartum depression knows there is help out there, and it’s ok to ask for help.”
