Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance and carries out necessary repairs/replacements to the organization’s facilities and their grounds

• Completes a variety of plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrical maintenance using an array of different power tools and equipment

• Ensures all work orders are completed on a timely basis and reports any issues to the facilities manager

• Aids in snow and ice removal, stripping and waxing floors, and general cleaning of facilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Previous experience with carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs desired

• Valid New Jersey driver’s license
