Responsibilities

• Assists the IT systems supervisor with the management of all aspects of the organization’s IT systems

• Maintains secure and efficient functioning of computer workstations, LAN, and WAN

• Upgrades, configures, and installs new hardware, software, and equipment as needed

• Provides on-site and telephonic TI support to employees

• Maintains inventory of all computer equipment

• Maintains current knowledge of IT systems and able to recommend and implement changes as needed

Qualifications

• High School diploma plus a recognized computer training school diploma required

• One year of computer experience, with knowledge of systems administration, hardware, and software installation, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and SonicWall

• Microsoft Professional Certification preferred

• Excellent communication skills

• Valid New Jersey driver’s license
