Responsibilities

• Monitors the Division’s program services, consumer records, and service statistical system

• Implements agency policies and procedures as per Manual

• Prepares monthly and quarterly statistical reports in a timely manner

• Makes recommendations for the development of new programs in concert with the Mission and Vision of the Agency

• Monitors the flow of consumers to counseling services and ensures timely access to all services as well

• Reviews and approves staff timesheets prepares summary sheets, and forwards to Payroll Office within the established time limit as per Manual

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Social Work

• Valid NJ LCSW

• Minimum five years of post-masters experience in direct mental health service, with two years of supervisory/administrative experience

• Valid New Jersey driver’s license
