Responsibilities

• Provides an array of case management services to consumers on assigned caseload while also serving as a resource in regards to issues concerning their benefits

• Effectively participates in the development and implementation of consumer individual recovery plans (IRPs)

• Facilities therapeutic, educational and skill development groups with peers

• Must ensure all clinical and administrative documentation adheres to the organization’s standard of reporting

Qualifications

• BSW in social work, BA/BS in psychology, or a related field

• Valid New Jersey driver’s license
