Human Resources Benefits Administrator

For full-time employees after successfully completing 6 months of employment

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the general administration of benefits.

  • Assists employees with enrollment and utilization of all Agency benefit plans and related issues.

  • Functions as a liaison to all benefit providers and vendors.

  • Maintains records of employee benefit time and ensures accuracy of information in HRIS system.

  • Generates reports from HRIS system for management team.

  • Functions as HR team member and backs up other duties as needed.

  • Updates and maintains employee-related databases.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field preferred.

  • Significant experience in HR management and management of benefit plans may be substituted for degree.

  • HR experience is preferred.

  • Proficiency with computer including Microsoft Office and Excel.
